The Law on the Restructuring of Certain Receivables, also known as “Tax Amnesty” and “Repatriation of Capital” was accepted by the General Assembly of TGNA in 11 May 2018, and following its submission to the approval of the President, it entered in force with its publication in Official Gazette №30425 on 18 May 2018.
Within the scope of Tax Amnesty, regulations are made regarding restructuring of;
Certain tax receivables
Uncertain tax receivables or tax receivables at court stage
Transactions that are subject to ongoing tax inspections or pending assessments Within the scope of Repatriation of Capital, regulations are made regarding
The tax base and tax increase
Correction of company accounts
Restoration of certain assets back to the national economy
